Paula joined O’Farrell Cleere in 1984 and became a Director in 1992. She was then made Managing Director in 2025.

Her experience in the property business is unparalleled, acting for property companies, institutions and private investors alike.

Paula is a qualified Red Book Valuer. The ‘Red Book’ in property refers to the RICS Valuation – Global Standards, a mandatory publication by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) setting the highest professional standards for property valuations worldwide. She is also a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and is on the valuation panels for the following financial institutions: AIB, EBS and Haven Mortgages.

Over the years Paula has been central to all aspects of the business including new and secondhand property sales, commercial sales, lettings, rent reviews and arbitration.

Walter has spent all of his working life in residential property, beginning in 2004. After finishing a business degree in college, he spent the first eight years in Dublin working with some of Ireland’s leading agencies before crossing the water and starting with Marsh & Parsons in Notting Hill, London. This led to a huge opportunity to set up a sales division for a start-up company, Johns & Co. London, in 2013. Johns & Co. are Ballymore’s preferred resale, letting and management agency in London. Here he worked on some of London’s most impressive developments, specialising in regeneration areas such as Battersea/Nine Elms, Canary Wharf, London City Island, Goodluck Hope, the Royal Docks and Brentford. 

• Walter established the sales division within Johns & Co. London estate agency. 
• He set up and managed seven branches across London, directly managing 17 members of staff, including sales and branch managers
• Established Johns & Co.’s dedicated New Homes Division 
• Was a key member of the senior management team overseeing all aspects of the business
• Secured sales instructions with many of the top UK developers. 
• Walter is now working and driving the Sales Division at O’Farrell Cleere Auctioneers. 

Faye began her property career with O’Farrell Cleere in 2009 before progressing to IRES Living, where she managed a substantial portfolio of residential rental properties within the private rented sector. This role provided her with invaluable experience in professionally managed assets, regulatory compliance and large-scale, tenant-focused service delivery.

Building on this foundation, Faye moved client-side to Aramark, where she managed IRES’s owner management companies. In this role, she further developed her expertise in multi-unit developments, governance, operational management and the implementation of sustainable standards.

Faye later joined Savills, acting for major institutional clients including Irish Life and Union Investment. There, she was responsible for managing common areas and delivering professional property management services across large and complex assets.

Faye holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and has since returned to O’Farrell Cleere, combining her extensive industry experience with strong local knowledge to deliver a professional, proactive and client-focused lettings service.

Seána joined O’Farrell Cleere in July 2019. She is currently studying at Ballsbridge College of Further Education, undertaking the Apprenticeship in Auctioneering and Property Services (Level 6). Having completed her first year with distinctions in all subjects, Seána is progressing towards achieving her PSRA licence in 2027.

Joy has worked in the property industry for over 20 years both in the UK and in Ireland as a PA, Office Manager with excellent communication and organisational skills ensuring a high level of
attention to detail.

In today’s world Estate Agency CRM systems play a key role and Joy has worked with leading brands implementing into office practice.
